Sydney can accompany your parent to appointments, help organize prescribed medications, and provide scheduled nursing check-ins. With your parent’s permission, she shares updates so you can stay involved and spend more time simply being family.

Sydney helps set up pill trays according to your prescribed medication plan, accompanies you to appointments, and checks in on your health and routines. Your preferences and the people you choose to involve remain at the center.

Before your visit, I help prepare thoughtful questions. During it, I listen, take notes, and help you voice your concerns. Afterward, I walk you through the care instructions, answer your questions, and organize the next steps. I take time to explain medical terms and revisit information when you need clarification.
I help organize prescribed medications and set up pill trays according to your current medication plan. We review instructions together, and I bring questions or discrepancies to your providers so you know what needs clarification.
Scheduled visits, including weekly check-ins, give your loved one a familiar nurse to review concerns, check vital signs, and notice changes that may need provider follow-up. With their permission, I share updates with family so you know what happened and what needs attention next.

Choose Happy Concierge Care began with a personal wish: to find a nurse who could support my dad with the attention and compassion I bring to my clients. When a friend later asked for nursing help for their mother, I wasn’t yet able to offer it through my own business. Those experiences inspired me to bring this kind of support to my community.
My background in ICU care, rural home health, and private concierge nursing shapes how I work: listening closely, asking thoughtful questions, and noticing what needs attention. I explain medical information clearly and take time to revisit it when you need clarification.
I want you to feel heard and confident about your next steps. When a concern needs attention, I advocate firmly and professionally. With your permission, I keep your providers and the people you choose to involve informed.

We discuss visit frequency and availability during your consultation.
